I've helped boards navigate inflection points, advised private clients on business growth, and built (and exited) ventures along the way — including co-founding a business that later sold for £210 million.
But this chapter is different.
Executive Nomad exists because I saw a pattern: brilliant people often 50+, often undervalued, suddenly finding themselves cut loose by corporate restructures, early retirements, or burnout. People with decades of experience, but no clear next step. I’ve lived on both sides of that: as the consultant and the reinventor.
Now, I help them rewire their thinking, repackage their skills, and repurpose their value, not into jobs, but into independent consulting careers they can run from anywhere.
