1. Brand Ownership

Executive Nomad™ is a registered brand operated under Executive Nomad Limited (Gibraltar). All intellectual property — including frameworks, session scripts, digital tools, FoxyApps, logos, and training content — remains the property of Executive Nomad Limited. Use is granted under license, and subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Delivery Terms

Licensees may not deliver the 3-session core program (Rewire, Repackage, Repurpose) themselves. These are operated exclusively by trained Executive Nomad facilitators to ensure consistency and quality.

Licensees are authorized to:

• Invite clients to the 3-session event
• Host 1:1 post-session review calls
• Offer the upsell package (delivered using approved tools and templates)
• Market within their assigned territory, subject to brand guidelines

3. Earnings Disclosure

Licensees retain 100% of the upsell revenue, minus:

• ~10% platform royalty to Executive Nomad
• Any self-managed delivery or VA costs
• Required usage of Executive Nomad-approved tools (e.g., FoxyApps)

4. Use of AI Tools

Licensees are granted access to Executive Nomad’s proprietary AI tools for client-facing use only. Tools must not be resold, rebranded, or integrated into non-approved offers.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Competition

All frameworks, scripts, and backend systems provided to licensees are confidential. Licensees agree not to replicate, teach, or commercialize the Executive Nomad system outside the scope of this license.

Violations may result in termination of the license and forfeiture of fees.
